TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All prices and inclusions are subject to change without notice.
- A deposit of one night accommodation per room is required to confirm your stay (during low season). If a deposit is not received within 14 days of the booking date, the reservation cannot be confirmed.
- A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your stay (during peak season). If a deposit is not received prior 30 days of booking day, reservation cannot be confirmed.
This deposit may be forfeited if notice of cancellation is not received two weeks before booking date. A fee of $50.00 will apply to the cancellation of any confirmed booking. Full charges will be incurred in case of late cancellation or no ‘shows’ combined with no cancellation.
- No refund will be given for any components not utilised in a package.
- A peak rate is applicable during mid December to mid January and other times as determined by management.
- Placing a reservation constitutes acceptance and compliance with general booking conditions.
- Cheques (Advanced Deposits Excepted) are not accepted unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Discounts do not apply to any Special offers. Only one discount can apply to your current purchase at a time.
